This note is long overdue, however I would be remiss if I did not send it.. The story… My husband and I try to visit AC a few times a year. In September 2012, he had a stroke and when recovered wanted to make the trip to Bally’s. We arrived rather late, very tired, and were unloading suitcases and my husband’s new scooter. Well as luck would have it, the scooter did not work. To the rescue... Bob, the doorman(did not get his last name but I know he has been with you for the last 30+ years), came and tried to do everything, but to no avail. He advised us that he had a scooter from “Mobility On Wheels” to rent and we did just that. We got into our room and had a great night. The next morning I called Steve at “Mobility On Wheels” and advised that I had one of his rentals, explained what happened the previous night. Not only did he send a worker over to complete our contract, but asked him to look at our machine and did not charge us for it. My letter today is to thank Bally’s for having a wonderful employee to represent you when guests arrive and also for having vendors like “Mobility On Wheels” and their staff to aid you guests. Kudos”
