Steven Ritondo – Owner / Managing Partner

MOBILITY ON WHEELS, the leading provider of mobility services was launched in 2009 by its co-founder and owner Steve Ritondo. Mr. Ritondo an entrepreneur and business visionary, brings unparalleled leadership and a wealth of operational experience to the organization. Steve acquired these skills during a lucrative casino career that spanned some 26 years where he held key executive roles for Borgata & the Trump Organization. His contributions to the casino industry and private business sector are noteworthy and sustainable today.

Mr. Ritondo is also the former owner of AABA Family Medical Supply, a leading provider of cutting edge medical equipment, home health care products and independent living aids. At present, Steve continues to provide strategic planning and high level over-site for both of his companies’ marketing, branding, and expansion initiatives. Steve’s relentless efforts have enabled his companies to dominate their respective industry sectors. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Steve graduated St. Joseph Prep and attended Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science.

 

Richard Ritondo – Owner / Managing PartnerRich_Final

MOBILITY ON WHEELS, the leading provider of mobility services was launched in 2009 by its co-founder and owner Richard Ritondo. Fresh out of high school at 18 years of age, Rich was one of the youngest casino croupiers in the business. His outstanding performance and strong work ethic earned him many accolades and several promotions throughout his 26 year career. In 2000, Rich was recruited by the Trump organization as a Director where he excelled in sales and customer development. In 2006, Rich together with his brother and partner Steve, emerged onto the private sector and successfully operated AABA Family Medical Supply until it’s sale in 2015. Rich brings extensive sales and operational experience to the operation as it relates to medical equipment, home healthcare products, and independent living aids. Rich’s extensive sales experience has thrust Mobility On Wheels to the forefront of the mobility aid sector. Rich graduated Bishop Neumann High School of Philadelphia and later attended Atlantic City Community College.

 

 

Michael Brault – Vice President of Operations

During the summer of 2009 while finishing his undergrad program, Michael was seasonally employed as a Service Associate for AABA Family Medical Supply, a co-owned affiliate of MOBILITY ON WHEELS. Fast forward one year, Michael graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Johnson & Wales University’s School of Hospitality, one of the nation’s top 20 hospitality schools. Shortly after completing his degree, Michael joined MOBILITY ON WHEELS team as a full-time intern where he honed his skills and learned about a start-up business. Michael, a quick study, began formulating new ideas for policies and procedures that help to improve service, streamline processes, and maximize efficiencies. In 2013, his hard-work, dedication, creativity and progressive mentality, earned him a promotion to the position of Director of Operations. Just about a year later his hard work paid off again and Michael was promoted to Vice President of Operations. Michael’s duties include over-site of the day to day operation as well as spearheading various marketing and operational initiatives, and the exploration of growth opportunities.

Melissa Cook – Director of Data & Customer Service

Melissa entered the labor force at the ripe age of 17 working as a customer service representative for Renault Winery, Dunkin’ Donuts and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Melissa has always known that she has a knack and passion for assisting others. Melissa’s charming smile and friendly demeanor is what instantly attracted the owners to her in the first place. In June 2011 after a brief interview, Melissa officially became the first customer service associate of record with MOBILITY ON WHEELS. A few years later in June of 2014, Melissa’s unwavering commitment to customer service excellence earned her a promotion to Director of Customer Service. In her current role, Melissa provides oversight for our call center and customer service team, ensuring that our customers consistently receive the highest level of service possible. Melissa routinely assists our customers, often taking time out of her busy day to allow them to share a story. Melissa has always taken a personal interest in helping the elderly and disabled regain their independence. Melissa’s other duties include training, dispatch, auditing, data entry, billing and reports, web marketing and inventory management. Melissa grew up in Smithville and graduated Absegami High School with honors.
